With nearly 30 years of federal government service, I bring a wealth of experience as both a military veteran and a civil servant to Inspired Confidence Coaching. My career has spanned technical leadership and management roles, overseeing organizations as large as 2,000 people, where I honed skills in guiding teams through complex challenges. This background fuels my passion for helping others lead with confidence, a journey that became personal when my own coach helped me overcome confidence issues and imposter syndrome, transforming how I saw myself and my potential.
