I'm Don Zuehlke, a faith-integrated leadership coach for Christian men who are leading well by every outward measure and quietly wondering if they actually belong there.

MY STORY
I've spent three decades in federal service. I started as an enlisted airman, transitioned to civil service, and worked my way up to a GS-15. I have held both managerial and technical roles overseeing organizations of up to 2,000 people.
By most reasonable standards, I was succeeding. And for most of that time, I was convinced someone was going to figure out I didn't deserve it.
That's what imposter syndrome does. It follows you into the promotion. It whispers during the briefing. It turns every high-stakes moment into a test you're afraid of failing.
What changed for me wasn't a strategy or a framework. It was a coach who helped me see myself through a lens I'd been ignoring - what God says is true about who I am. That shift didn't just make me more effective. It changed how I lead, how I show up for the people under my authority, and how I carry the weight of the job.
That's why I do this.

I work with Christian men in demanding leadership roles (mid-level managers, senior executives, government leaders, military leaders, veterans, etc.) who are carrying real weight, often alone.
Competent. Experienced. Respected by others. And still haunted by a voice that says they're one decision away from being exposed.
If that's you, you're not uniquely broken. And the answer isn't buried somewhere inside you waiting to be unlocked. It's grounded in something more solid than your performance record.
How I Work
How I Work
Coaching with me is a direct, one-on-one conversation. It's not a program and it's not a curriculum. You bring what's most pressing. I ask the questions that help you find what's already true and move toward what God is calling you to.
Sessions are 60 minutes, held virtually via Google Meet. If you're in the Augusta/Evans, GA area, in-person is also available.
