This is focused, one-on-one coaching built around your specific situation — your leadership context, your history, your faith. We don't work from a generic playbook. We work from where you actually are.

Over six bi-weekly sessions, we move through a deliberate progression: from diagnosing the roots of your inner critic, to grounding your identity in something that doesn't shift with performance, to equipping you with tools that hold under real pressure.

This is not therapy. It's not a course. It's a direct coaching relationship with a man who has sat where you're sitting — and found a way through.

WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE

Each session is built around you — your situation, your leadership context, what's present for you that week. There's no predetermined script and no checklist we're working through.

What there is: a structured engagement with a clear purpose. Over six bi-weekly sessions, we create the space and the challenge for real movement — on how you see yourself, how you lead, and how you respond when the pressure is on.

Some sessions will focus on what's happening right now. Others will go deeper into the roots of why the inner critic has the foothold it does. All of them will be grounded in your faith and oriented toward a specific outcome: leading with the confidence that was already placed in you.

This is not passive. You'll think hard, get honest, and do work between sessions. That's what makes it effective.
